Paint Disk Bead Mill
The Paint Disk Bead Mill is driven by a motor with a long belt to keep it firm and easy to start. All motors have the motor explosion-proof option, and even the pump motor is used for feeding.
The whole machine is operated by PLC panel, and the chamber is also equipped with thermometer and pressure gauge for testing in the grinding process, and the chamber can also be equipped with cooling system.
The beads in the chamber are easy to replace and double consume media. We will send a batch of beads for standby use with the machine. The chamber is also easy to disassemble and assemble, and the interior is easy to clean.
